CLASS SCHEDULE

Group classes are the perfect supplement to your exercise regimen.  Offered daily, our signature classes are free with your paid membership and guaranteed to provide you with the workout you're looking for from an accredited instructor.

Pick a discipline you know or mix it up.  Our classes include staples like yoga, spin and kickboxing or try a fusion class like Spin And Box or Lower Extreme.

Class Descriptions:

Spin Bring a true feel of road riding to the spin studio.  Whether a
first time cyclist or a seasoned rider, classes can be taken at your
own pace.  Get ready for an intense real style riding: sprints,
intervals, long fat burning segments and pumping gear hill climbs.
Bring your towel and water bottle and get ready to sweat!


Pilates  An exercise program that works the body from the inside out.
Pilates strengthens the many small muscles in your body's core,
while lengthening the larger muscles that these small muscles support.
All levels welcome.

Yoga  We offer a Vinyasa Yoga Flow that links the breath with movement. Be prepared to build strength at the same time making your muscles longer and leaner. Yoga is a perfect complement to your training program and will help you prevent injuries with a good stretch.  All levels are welcome, and be prepared to get a good workout.

Cardio Chisel  This class combines both strength training and
cardiovascular exercise.  Stay in your fat burning zone as you move
quickly from high intensity to strength training exercises.

Cardio Fusion  Not your typical P.E. Class.  Innovative, energetic
class that involves athletic style drills and strength training for
all major muscle groups.  Improve balance, strength, endurance and
muscular definition.

Abs/Core  Burn those abs in just 15 minutes.  Classes use basic
abdominal exercises and core stability conditioning to work you from
the inside out.

Spin/Sculpt  This class combines both strength training and
cardiovascular exercise.  Stay in your fat burning zone as you move
quickly from high intensity to strength training exercises.
