CLASS SCHEDULE

Group classes are the perfect supplement to your exercise regimen.  Offered daily, our signature classes are free with your paid membership and guaranteed to provide you with the workout you're looking for from an accredited instructor.

Pick a discipline you know or mix it up.  Our classes include staples like yoga, spin and kickboxing or try a fusion class like Spin And Box or Lower Extreme.

Class Descriptions:

Spin Bring a true feel of road riding to the spin studio.  Whether a first time cyclist or a seasoned rider, classes can be taken at your own pace.  Get ready for an intense real style riding: sprints, intervals, long fat burning segments and pumping gear hill climbs.  Grab a towel and water bottle and get ready to sweat!


Yoga  We offer a Vinyasa Yoga Flow that links the breath with movement. Be prepared to build strength at the same time making your muscles longer and leaner. Yoga is a perfect complement to your training program and will help you prevent injuries with a good stretch.  All levels are welcome, and be prepared to get a good workout.

Cardio Chisel  This class combines both strength training and cardiovascular exercise.  Stay in your fat burning zone as you move quickly from high intensity to strength training exercises. 

Athletic Training
  If you want to look like an athlete you have to train like an athlete.  Lift, run, spin, box, jump... Athletic Training is the ultimate high energy circuit work out combining intervals of cardiovascular and muscle conditioning drills.  Get ready to burn 500-900 calories*, tone and shape your body, and bring out the athlete in you.  This class is for anyone who is moderately fit.

Abs/Core  Burn those abs in just 15 minutes.  Classes use basic abdominal exercises and core stability conditioning to work you from the inside out.

Resistance Training  Resistance training builds muscle, burns fat and improves bone density.  Get ready to burn 400-600 calories * during your resistance training workout all while learning proper form and technique to take to any weight floor.  If you are ready to build muscle and maintain a significant metabolism boost throughout the day, this is the class for you.  All fitness levels welcome.


Power Hour  This highly energizing 1- hour class pushes the fat-burning into high gear! Each week focuses on specific muscle groups (back & bi’s, chest & tri’s, legs, glutes & abs) that are heavily targeted to combine all the elements necessary to achieve and build the entire lean, sculpted physique. A combination of weights and exercises using your own body weight are utilized to experience an intense muscle shaping and body toning workout.  Pulse Power Hour delivers fast fitness results for weekend warriors to hard core competitors!
