 Fitness training has always been a major part of Jonathon Spencer's life. He truly believes that involving core functional exercises into a regular training regimen is vitally important to the everyday person.  Jonathon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science/Health Recreation and was a athlete at Southeastern Oklahoma State in Durant, Oklahoma. Jon is certified through the Cooper Institue of Dallas in Biomechanics of Resistance Training, Physical Fitness Specialist and Nutrition
.
Jon has years of experience training various clients from average people to athletes. He specializes in creating personalized programs for weight loss, toning/muscle building, strength, and conditioning to fit each individual clients goals/needs. He devotes the neccesary time to facilitate his clients success in reaching his or her health and fitness goals.
